FULL-SERVICE Storage

Our completely fireproof storage facility is protected by 24-hour electronic surveillance and guard service.  Our business office is in the same building as our storage facility, and customers can have items delivered, inspected, and professionally prepared for long or short-term storage.  Our storage is pro-rated by the day and based on precise cubic footage.

Our Storage Rates:

• $0.89 per cubic foot, plus tax.

• 200 cubic foot minimum ($178 monthly plus tax).

• “Out fee” is 1.5 times the monthly rate.

• Storage insurance, if requested, is additional at $4.00 per $1,000 declared value, with a $1,000 deductible and $12,000 declared value minimum per month.

Meticulous Receiving

Meticulous Receiving is an additional, specialized form of cataloging that we offer at our storage facility. Upon receiving a delivery to our warehouse, we inspect, photograph, note any damage (if applicable), and re-wrap (if there is no damage) the delivered item.  After inspection, we email you all the relevant information for each delivery.
